Fee Manager

The Hourglass Fee Manager stores values for all fees charged on the platform, as well as stores the address for the reward distributor & the address to send accrued yields to for distribution via the Rewards Distributor.

The asset maturity vaults utilize the Fee Manager as the source of truth for fees rates & rewards collections.

The Fee Manager can be upgraded to incorporate additional values as needed for new assets to utilize.
