HFXB User Guide
Deposit into HFXB
Users can deposit sFrax into HFXB in exchange for a pro-rata entitlement to the underlying assets. Deposits require the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the fund in order to calculate the shares a user can claim. As a result, the deposit flow is asynchronous. Below is a set of steps outlining the deposit process.
Navigate to the Hourglass HFXB Dashboard
Click into the Deposit form
Enter the desired amount of sFrax to deposit
Click 'Request deposit'
If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to approve the sFrax spend
Approve the transaction in your connected wallet
Once the deposit is requested, one must wait till the next NAV is posted for their deposit to be processed. Up until NAV is posted, users have the option to cancel their deposit and receive their deposited sFrax back.
When the NAV is posted, the deposit will be eligible for claim. Click 'Claim HFXB' to retrieve HFXB allocation.
To view your HFXB balance, import the HFXB ERC20 address into your wallet as a custom token.
Withdraw from HFXB
Navigate to the Hourglass HFXB Dashboard
Click into the Withdraw form
Enter the desired amount of HFXBs to withdraw
Click 'Request withdrawal'
If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to approve the HFXB spend
Approve the transaction in your connected wallet
Note, withdrawal requests will burn your ERC20 HFXB token
Once the withdrawal is requested, one must wait till the next NAV is posted for their withdrawal to be processed. Withdrawal requests are not cancellable; instead, an ERC1155 withdrawal queue receipt will be issued to users.
When the NAV is posted, the withdrawal will be eligible for finalization. Click 'Withdraw sFRAX' to retrieve allocated sFrax. Note, this amount will be less any buffer fees. For information regarding the buffer fees, refer to the HFXB Buffer Fees section.
LP into HFXB Arbitrum Pool
All HFXB deposits and withdrawals will occur on Ethereum Mainnet. HFXB ERC20 tokens, however, can be bridged to Arbitrum. Using the native Arbitrum Bridge, one can seamlessly bridge their assets. For additional incentives, users can LP Arbitrum HFXB into the Curve Pool. This pool can earn incentives from the Arbitrum STIP program, Frax gauge incentives, and CRV/CVX rewards.
